Our chocolate is sweetened with coconut blossom sugar, the only unrefined natural sweetener – along with honey.
An exceptional sweetener, with a thousand-year history, obtained from the sap of coconut flowers and with a low glycemic index, GI 35, unlike white sugar which has a GI 70.
Our cold pressed bars
All the bars are rigorously processed and cold pressed to best preserve the taste and nutritional properties of the ingredients (vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants).
